  • “We“, “Us“, “Our“: Refers to Dr ANSHIKA GUPTA, Functional Medicine Consultant
  • “You“, “Client“, “Patient” refers to any individual purchasing virtual functional medicine consultation servicesfrom us.
  • “Services“: Virtual functional medicine consultations, including health assessments, personalized plans, and follow-ups, delivered via video/phone.
  1.  Service Agreement
  • All consultations are virtual(video call/phone). No physical products will be shipped.
  • By purchasing, you confirm you are ≥18 years oldand seeking services for personal health management.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Total Fee: As per the duration and type of plan.
  • Payment Method: Processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Late Payments: Services may be pausedif installments are overdue by >7 days
  1. Medical & Legal Disclaimers
  • No Guarantees: Health outcomes depend on individual compliance. 
  • Consult Your Physician: You agree to maintain carewith your primary healthcare provider.
  • Emergency Disclaimer: Stop use and seek emergency careif you experience acute symptoms (e.g., chest pain, suicidal thoughts).
  1. Cancellation & Refunds
  • Rescheduling: 48-hour notice required for appointment changes.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Full refund: If requested >72 hours before the first session.
    • No refunds: After the first session begins or for missed/late-cancelled appointments.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All materials (plans, guides and videos) provided are for personal use only.
  • Reproduction, sharing, or resaleof our content is prohibited and will result in legal action.
  1. Jurisdiction & Disputes
  • Governed by laws of India.
  • Disputes will be resolved in courts of New Delhi.
  1. Payment Processor Terms (Razorpay)
  • We are not liablefor payment failures due to:
    • Client’s bank/credit card restrictions.
    • Razorpay system errors.
    • Exceeding bank-mandated transaction limits.
  1. Amendments :
  • Terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance.
  1.  Informed consent : By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions during booking/payment, you:
  • Acknowledge receipt of our Functional Medicine Informed Consent Form
  • Accept its terms as legally binding alongside this agreement
  • Confirm understanding that functional medicine:
    • Is complementaryto conventional medicine.
    • Involves non-traditional assessment methods(e.g., lifestyle analysis, genetic interpretation).
    • May include diet/supplement recommendations
