• “Root Cause Analysis (RCA)”: Your initial diagnostic consultation (non-refundable once delivered).

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Before First Session	Full refund if cancelled ≥24 hours prior to scheduled RCA session.
<24 Hours Before RCA Session	Partial refund. 50% of 1st installment retained as cancellation fee.
After Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Completion	Strictly No Refunds – All fees non-refundable as clinical work is completed.

3. How to Request Refunds

  • Booking date + RCA session date

  • Reason for cancellation

• Process Time: Approved refunds processed in 3-5 business daysvia Razorpay.

4. Critical Exceptions

• Medical Emergencies:

  • Hospitalization proof required for initiating refund.

• Technical Failures:

  • If wecancel/reschedule due to tech issues, 100% refund or session credit offered.
